Design and optimization of Gears, Gearboxes, Drives & Bearings whilst taking account of technical, scheduling
and financial aspects (design to cost from the customer requirements) PLM management (BOM creation, lifecycle promotion, etc)
Interdisciplinary cooperation with the corresponding departments within the project environment
Tolerance stack-up
Cooperation with component suppliers for the clarification of technical properties of components and common
component development (co-design) Contribute to FMEA
Bearings calculations and selection.
Support local component development with respect to cost and quality.
Successfully completed studies (university / technical college) in the field of mechanical engineering / automotive
manufacturing
Experience:
More than 8 years of experience in similar field
Preferred Skills / Special Skills:
Knowledge in various manufacturing processes, Materials of gears.
PTC Creo
Windchill / Albatross
Kisssoft / Kisssys
Autonomous, committed, Flexible, organised, work ethics and integrity.
Ability to work and communicate with multicultural global team.
Proficient in using MS Office Tools
