Dell Boomi Developer - Senior Engineer

As a Software/Integration Engineer, you\'ll be part of a team of smart, highly skilled technologists who are passionate about learning and prototyping cutting-edge technologies. The job is in context of the MS Dynamics CRM platform based off an Azure cloud tenant on a Common Data Model (CDM) and Dataverse. The CRM leverages Power Platform to enable extensions of functionality including automation of business processes and integrations with other enterprise and cloud platforms. In developing automation solutions, we adopt the best-in-class cloud-native, no- and low-code technologies. Our team is co-located and agile, with central technology hubs in Chicago, Madrid, Toronto and Chennai.

Responsibilities

• Recommend solutions based on advantages and disadvantages of available options
• Define system, interface, and input/output specifications as well as runtime infrastructure Build integration solutions according to end-user and architecture requirements
• Prepare and execute unit test plans and, when appropriate, demonstrate functionality
• Support quality assurance and user acceptance testing activities
• Be actively aware of upcoming releases, enhancements, and best practices pertaining to technologies relevant to the job
• Perform other job-related duties as assigned by manager

Qualifications

• Bachelor\'s degree in information systems, Computer Science, software engineering; and either of the two following experience types: 3+ years of experience developing integration solutions (in Boomi as a definite plus) or 3+ years of experience in developing JS web applications in CICD setting (with Docker and Git as a definite plus)
• Experience with SQL, basic DB admin, scripting frameworks, REST APIs with JSON/XML payloads, OAuth flows and API tools such as Postman (exposure to DevOps is a definite plus) \xe2\x80\xa2 Experience with MS Power Automate/Flow/Logic Apps is a plus
• Experience working with Azure cloud portal and CLI is preferable compared to other cloud tech \xe2\x80\xa2 Direct experience working in an Agile environment (JIRA is a plus)
• Proven ability to lead troubleshooting and root cause analysis of incident management
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, with a strong service orientation. Must enjoy working with people
