Job Description

Analyze drawings, specifications, and bill of materials (BOM) to prepare cost estimates

Calculate raw material, labor, machining, fabrication, assembly, and overhead costs Coordinate with design, production, and purchase teams to get updated inputs for accurate cost estimation Maintain and update cost databases for raw materials, standard parts, and vendor pricing Prepare and submit detailed cost reports and quotations for internal review and client submissions Review and compare actual production costs vs estimated costs; identify variances and reasons Support new product development (NPD) by providing early cost inputs for feasibility analysis Strong understanding of manufacturing processes (machining CNC, VMC, sliding head, TMC, welding, fabrication,
casting, etc.)

Strong understanding of post processes (plating, anodizing, etc.) Good knowledge of material types and costing Proficiency in reading technical drawings and engineering specifications.

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?45,000.00 per month
