Job Description

Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Head, in carrying out execution activity for construction for the designated project. Review project proposal or plan to determine time frame, financial limitations, procedures for accomplishing project, staffing Manpower requirements, and allotment of available resources to various phases of project.
• Planning and identifying daily requirement of Labor, construction machinery, material, and formwork. Job allocation to certified sub agencies as per the work order issued. Ensuring that the planned output is achieved from manpower, machinery, and materials.
• Monitoring the Construction activities being carried out by the Construction Contractor.
• Ensure the safety compliances, work permit and PPE's tool box talk in daily basis Prepares project reports for management, client, or others. Discusses with Project Manager to provide technical advice and to resolve problems. Study of drawings, specifications and BOQ and highlighting discrepancies if any to superiors.
• Ensure all civil/construction work are performed within the budgeted limits and with framework of contracts. Checking, certifying, and recommending payments related to execution expenditure, should develop and implement cost saving measures, contribute to profits and revenue
• Ensure optimum utilization of manpower. Effectively influence actions and opinions of others, inspire respect and trust, provide vision and inspiration to peers and subordinates, displays passion and optimism. Should be able to balance team and individual responsibilities.

Qualifications:

• BE/B.Tech- Civil Must
• 7 Min years' experience in construction
