Job Description

Job Role / Responsibilities:

Lead and supervise

overall site execution

and ensure work quality as per drawings and specifications. Prepare and monitor

project schedules, work progress, and material usage

. Check and approve

reinforcement, shuttering, concreting, and finishing works

. Coordinate with

clients, consultants, subcontractors, and vendors

. Ensure

cost control, resource optimization, and timely completion

. Prepare

daily/weekly progress reports and billing data

. Ensure strict

safety and quality compliance

at site. Support Project Manager in planning and documentation.

Skills Required:

Strong knowledge of

AutoCAD, MS Excel, and quantity measurement.

Good understanding of

structural drawings and project specifications.

Ability to handle

a team of engineers and supervisors independently.

Effective communication and problem-solving skills. Fluent in English and Hindi.

Eligibility:

B.E./B.Tech M.E./M.Tech or PMP certification preferred for senior roles)
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: From ?35,000.00 per month
