Key Responsibilities
Conduct land and site surveys to assess feasibility and execution requirements
Plan, coordinate, and oversee industrial construction activities from start to completion
Allocate and manage manpower, materials, machinery, and other site resources effectively
Supervise and guide multidisciplinary construction teams, subcontractors, and vendors
Ensure construction work is executed as per approved drawings, specifications, and quality standards
Monitor project schedules, budgets, and progress; take corrective actions when required
Inspect completed construction work to ensure compliance with structural, safety, and regulatory standards
Coordinate with architects, consultants, and project managers for smooth execution
Ensure adherence to safety norms, statutory regulations, and company policies
Prepare and review site reports, measurements, and documentation
Required Qualifications
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
5 to 8 years of relevant experience in
industrial construction projects
(factories, warehouses, industrial sheds, infrastructure, etc.)
Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control practices
Ability to manage multiple activities simultaneously on active project sites

Good communication and coordination skills
Familiarity with drawings, BOQs, and site execution processes
Ability to work under deadlines in a fast-paced site environment
