Senior Engineer - Civil
who can confidently take charge of site execution while leading and guiding engineering teams on the ground.
This role is meant for someone who understands real construction challenges, communicates clearly with teams and stakeholders, and takes complete ownership of civil works from start to finish.
Key Responsibilities:
Lead overall
civil construction activities
at the project site.
Manage and mentor
Project Engineers and Site Engineer teams.
Ensure execution as per approved drawings, specifications, and schedules.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, and client representatives.
Monitor quality standards, workmanship, and safety compliance.
Plan work sequences, manpower deployment, and material flow.
Review measurements, BOQs, and contractor bills before certification.
Identify risks, delays, or technical issues and resolve them proactively.
Provide clear progress updates and technical reports to management.
What We're Looking For:
Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in
Civil Engineering.
7-10 years of experience in
real estate or construction projects.
Strong experience in
handling civil execution and engineering teams.
Sound knowledge of construction methods, materials, and quality control.
Ability to read and interpret architectural, structural, and MEP drawings.
Practical, calm, and solution-oriented approach to site challenges.
