Job summary

We are seeking an experienced Senior Engineer Civil with expertise in the residential real estate sector to lead our engineering projects and ensure the highest quality and compliance with industry standards.

Key Responsibilities

Project Planning and Execution

: Lead the planning, design, and execution of civil engineering projects related to residential real estate developments, ensuring alignment with business objectives and timelines.

Quality Assurance and Compliance

: Ensure that all civil engineering activities comply with industry standards, regulations, and guidelines, maintaining high-quality work throughout the project lifecycle.

Team Leadership

: Supervise and mentor junior engineers and technical staff, fostering an environment of learning and professional development.

Stakeholder Communication

: Act as the primary point of contact for communication with stakeholders, including clients, contractors, and regulatory authorities, ensuring all parties are informed and aligned.

Risk Management

: Identify potential risks in engineering projects and develop mitigation strategies to ensure project success and safety.

Software Proficiency

: AutoCAD, MS-Office
Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-7 years of experience in civil engineering within the real estate sector, focusing on residential projects.

Education

: Diploma in Construction Technology or a relevant degree in Civil Engineering or related fields.

Technical Knowledge

: Proficiency in civil engineering principles, project management, and relevant design software.

MIVAN experience is must.

Preferred Qualifications

Certification in Project Management Advanced knowledge of local building regulations and codes
