Project Leadership

: Lead and manage civil engineering projects from inception to completion, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.

Technical Supervision

: Supervise construction activities to ensure technical compliance with design specifications, codes, and standards.

Quality Assurance

: Implement and maintain quality control systems to guarantee the highest standards in project execution.

Regulatory Compliance

: Ensure all project activities are in compliance with local, state, and federal regulations and standards.

Stakeholder Coordination

: Coordinate with architects, contractors, and government officials to facilitate smooth project operations.

Software Proficiency

: Auto-CAD, MS Project, MS-Office, MS Excel

Key Requirements

Experience

: 5-8 years of experience in civil engineering, particularly within the government building projects sector.

Education

: Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering (B.Tech/B.E.) or a relevant degree.

Preferred Qualifications

Experience with large-scale government projects Master's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
