Job Summary

The Senior Engineer will be responsible for

end-to-end execution of plotted layout development projects

, ensuring timely completion of infrastructure works such as roads, drainage, water supply, electrification, and landscaping in compliance with approved layout plans and statutory norms.

Layout Execution & Infrastructure Works

Execute plotted layout works as per

approved DTCP / HMDA / local authority layouts

Supervise development works including: Road formation, WBM / BT / CC roads Storm water drains and sewer lines Water supply pipelines and overhead/underground tanks Electrical works (UG cabling, street lighting) Compound walls, entrance arch, signage, and amenities

Survey & Setting Out

Coordinate land survey, leveling, and plot demarcation Ensure accurate setting out of roads, plots, and open spaces Verify benchmarks, levels, and measurements

Quality Control

Ensure quality standards for earthwork, road layers, and infrastructure works Conduct regular inspections and testing of materials Rectify deviations as per approved specifications

Contractor & Vendor Management

Coordinate with contractors, subcontractors, and service providers Monitor manpower deployment and daily productivity Check and certify contractor measurements and bills

Material & Cost Control

Monitor material consumption and control wastage Ensure timely procurement and site availability of materials Track work quantities as per BOQs

Approvals & Compliance

Ensure execution as per

statutory approvals and development conditions

Coordinate with local authorities for inspections and clearances Maintain records required for completion and handover

Safety & Site Discipline

Implement safety norms at site Ensure proper housekeeping and site discipline

Reporting

Prepare daily and weekly progress reports Update management on timelines, issues, and risks

Qualifications

B.E / B.Tech / Diploma in Civil Engineering

Experience

5-10 years

of experience in

plotted layout execution / land development projects

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹30,000.00 - ₹50,000.00 per month
