Job Description

We are looking for an experienced

Senior Engineer (Civil)

to manage and supervise civil construction activities at site, ensuring projects are executed as per approved drawings, specifications, quality standards, and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:

Overall supervision and execution of civil works at site Plan daily and weekly work schedules and allocate manpower effectively Coordinate with Site Engineers, contractors, subcontractors, and vendors Review and interpret structural and architectural drawings Ensure quality control and compliance with project specifications and standards Monitor site progress and report to Project Manager / Construction Manager Verify quantities, measurements, and contractor bills Ensure implementation of safety norms and statutory requirements at site Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams Coordinate with consultants and clients for technical clarifications and inspections

Requirements:

Degree in Civil Engineering Minimum 8

years of experience

in building construction projects Strong knowledge of RCC works, finishing works, and site management Experience in handling contractors and labour teams Ability to manage multiple site activities efficiently

Preferred Skills:

Knowledge of quantity surveying, billing, and BOQ Proficiency in MS Office and construction-related software Strong leadership, coordination, and problem-solving skills
