Bachelor's Degree in Civil Engineering
Minimum upto 2 years of relevant experience in building / infrastructure projects
Strong knowledge of RCC, foundations, finishing works, and site execution
Hands-on experience in project coordination and site management
Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project management tool
Key Responsibilities
Plan, execute, and supervise civil construction works as per drawings and specifications
Review structural and architectural drawings and ensure accurate implementation on site
Coordinate with architects, structural consultants, MEP teams, and contractors
Monitor project progress, prepare schedules, and ensure timely completion
Ensure quality control, workmanship standards, and material compliance
Manage site engineers, supervisors, and subcontractors
Conduct site inspections and resolve technical and execution-related issues
Ensure compliance with safety norms, statutory requirements, and local building codes
Prepare BOQs, measurements, bills, and progress reports
Support cost control, estimation, and value engineering initiatives

Pay: ₹40,000.00 - ₹60,000.00 per month
