Position: Engineer / Sr. Engineer - Body Shop
Education: Diploma / B.E
Experience: 8-10 / 10-12
JOB PURPOSE:
1) Focus on the main elements of zone Activities:
a) Achievement of production
b) Continuous improvement
c) Development of staff.
2)Manage the Zone & Achieve the Daily KPIs.
3)To establish and manage line / Team of operators and work with them closely.
PRINCIPLE ACCOUNTABILITIES:
Achieve Body Shop OEE:
- Follow Production Plan and execute the Production for Achieving Daily activities.
- Quick analysis of Quality issues and fix Counter measure.
- Execution of Training of the respective team.
- Execution of TPM in respective zone.
- Follow ISO 9001, ISO 14001 standards as per Company Policy.
- Follow RNAIPL Safety rule and best practices.
- Train the Team with Clear vision and adherence for Safety.
