Your Task:

1. Planning, managing, and overseeing all elements of production in the facility.



2. Ensure efficient and effective production processes.



3. Develop and implement strategies to optimize manufacturing operations.



4. Monitor and analyse production data to identify areas for improvement.



5. Continuously finding ways to improve production efficiency.



6. Identify and troubleshoot production issues and provide solutions.



7. Manage and maintain equipment and machinery to ensure optimal performance.



8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive continuous improvement.



9. Create and maintain production documentation and procedures.



10. Train and mentor production staff to ensure quality and safety standards are met.



11. Ensure compliance with safety regulations and industry standards.



12. Implementing and enforcing safety guidelines and procedures.



13. Working with other engineers and management to develop budgets, cost analysis, and cost control.



14. Analysis of the data found in charts, graphs and so forth



15. Analysis of operational issues



16. Providing your team with technical support and training

Qualification:

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Engineering. 5-10 Years of Industrial Experience in Wind Industries.
