This position incorporates Data Analyst & BI Developer capabilities. You will have the ability to directly influence our customers\' interaction with their most important clients. Huge data sets will be your playground, and your main responsibility will be to create from scratch meaningful, actionable BI reports that will move decision-makers to improve their business. Your success is their growth

Responsibilities

• Define new data analysis methodologies and KPIs to track and improve business cases.
• Develop & Maintain reports and dashboards for internal stakeholders and customers.
• Create efficient analytic processes/dashboards/models, ready to scale.
• Translate data and findings into actionable/strategic insights using storytelling, data visualization, and presentation skills.
• Ability to articulate the value of each dashboard/analysis/report, and how to use it
• Work with colleagues and stakeholders to gain an in-depth understanding of the business requirements.
• Support analytical meetings and training sessions of analytical deliverables.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of experience.
• B.Sc. in Industrial Engineering, Economics, Math, Statistics, Science/Data Systems Management, or equivalent background
• Hands-on experience querying and extracting data from large databases.
• High proficiency level in SQL - MUST
• Experience with Python - big advantage
• Experience in data modeling in BI / Analytics tools - MUST
• Hands-on experience in developing reports and Dashboards with BI tools (Tableau, Power BI or similar)
• Expert in Excel
• Data story-telling expert; ability to understand what the data means, deliver & explain insights, and recommendations to non-analytical people.
• Readiness to work in a high-paced, dynamic, and challenging environment.
• Experience with Retail, FMCG, and shopper insights is a big advantage.
