Join us in shaping our futureandyours.Whatyouwilldo:WeareseekingaSeniorFullStackEngineerwhowillbuildourDigitalExperiencePlatform(DxP)as wegrowandtransformourMarTechlandscape.Youwillhavethechancetoplayacriticalroleinthedeliveryofbest-in-classconsumerexperiencesthroughourDxPplatform,buildingourMarTech capabilities,operatingmodels,andsolutiondesign.TheSeniorFullStackDeveloperwillbeworking closelywiththedesignteamandberesponsibleforleadingdevelopmenteffortsforateamof softwareengineers,includingdevelopingandmaintainingcomplexwebapplications.Theideal candidatewillhaveexperience inReact,Next.js,TypeScript,webdevelopment,SEO,multilingual, security, and CMS.KeyResponsibilities:

• Developandmaintain complexDxPwebapplications.
• Collaborate with UX/UI designers to implement design tokens and visually appealing interfaces for DxP applications.
• Collaborate withotherdevelopersto ensurecodequalityandmaintainability.
• Participatein code anddesign reviews, ensuringhighquality and efficient code, whileproviding feedback to other developers.
• Translatesoftware requirementsintostable,working, high-performancesoftware.
• Define initiatives toimprovequality and/or productivity, such asimplementing automated test toolsornewdevelopmentmethodologieswithintheteam.
• Definestandardsandprocessestobefollowed duringthesoftware developmentlifecycle.
• Designand implement front-end components using React, ensuring aseamless user experience for DxP Applications.
• Develop back-endcomponents usingNode.js,writings capableandefficient code.
• Writeclean,scalable,andmaintainablecodeusingbestpracticesandmodernsoftwaredevelopmentmethodologies.
• Implement automated testing and continuous integration / continuous deployment (CI/CD) practices.
• Participateincodeanddesignreviews,ensuring highqualityandefficientcode.
• ImplementSEObestpracticestoimprovewebsite rankings.
• Developmultilingualwebsites andapplications.
• IntegratewithCMSsystems.
• UseCSPstoimprovewebsitesecurity.
• Stayuptodatewithnewtechnologiesandindustrydevelopments.

WhatwearelookingforRequiredQualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Technology discipline is required; Masters degreepreferred.
• Minimum5+yearsofexperienceinfullstacksoftwaredevelopmentenvironment.
• High proficiency in React andNext.js, CMS
• TypeScript, CSPs, SEO, including building and consuming RESTful APIs.
• Knowdesignsystem: Storybook,integrationbetween Design-Figma.
• StrongknowledgeonHTML,CSS, andJavaScript.
• Excellentdebuggingandoptimizationskills
• Experienceinunit/integrationtesting.
• In-depthexperiencewithcloudplatformssuchasAWSorMicrosoftAzure.
• GoodunderstandingofsoftwaredevelopmentmethodologiessuchasAgile,Scrum,orKanban.
• Abilitytolead developmenteffortsonmultipleprojectssimultaneously.
• Excellentcommunicationandcollaborationskills
