The Cybersecurity Compliance Manager (d/f/m) is responsible to monitor the execution of cybersecurity processes in the global Automotive organization of HARMAN. This encompasses cybersecurity process alignment with project maturity gates, track project cybersecurity status and quality to make sure all products and projects are compliant with the cybersecurity process.
What You Will Do
Perform independent assessment to evaluate the quality of the project cybersecurity work products as per Harman Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS)
Guide the project team on cybersecurity process compliance
Define the KPI for the cybersecurity work products based on the assessment milestones
Create cybersecurity assessment report that describes the project\'s adherence to Harman\'s Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS)
Support the assessment of Harman\'s Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS) in the audit
Review the cybersecurity process as per Harman\'s Cybersecurity Management System (CSMS)
Conduct cybersecurity awareness training to cultivate strong cybersecurity culture
What You Need
B.Sc / M.Sc or equivalent experience in Computer Engineering, Computer Science or Electrical Engineering
7+ years of proven experience in the field of automotive cybersecurity (preferably from Tier-1 or OEM)
Familiar with cybersecurity threat analysis and risk assessment methods (EVITA, STRIDE, etc.)
Expert in Automotive Cybersecurity Engineering (ISO/SAE 21434)
Knowledge in ISO PAS 5112
Knowledge of UNECE R155 and R156 regulation
Experience/Familiarity with Automotive SPICE\xc2\xae for Cybersecurity
Knowledge of process reference models such as Automotive SPICE\xc2\xae and IATF 16949
Experience/Familiarity with cybersecurity threat analysis and risk assessment methods (EVITA, STRIDE, etc.)
Experience/Familiarity with Product Development Life Cycle
Experience/Familiarity with Data privacy regulation
Knowledge of tool management rules
Knowledge of requirements management rules and tools
Knowledge of configuration management rules and tools
Knowledge of change management rules and tools
Knowledge of documentation management rules and tools
Knowledge of qualification of SW- HW components and tools
Knowledge of risk management methodologies
Self-driven, strong leadership abilities and collaboration skills
What is Nice to Have
Experience in IoT / Embedded systems security engineering
Knowledge of cybersecurity standards and organizations (CC, FIPS, NIST)
Great team-player with strong interpersonal skills
