Job Title: Senior Engineer / Assistant Manager - (AC Motors)

Experience Required:

5-12 years in industrial product sales, preferably electric motors

Key Responsibilities

Lead sales efforts

for AC motors and related products (gearboxes, drives, automation devices) across assigned regions

Generate inquiries

and build brand awareness among OEMs, industrial buyers, and channel partners

Develop and maintain client relationships

, ensuring repeat business and customer satisfaction

Conduct technical presentations

and product demos to prospective clients

Negotiate contracts and pricing

, ensuring profitability and customer value

Monitor market trends

, competitor activities, and customer feedback to refine sales strategies

Coordinate with production and engineering teams

to ensure timely delivery and customisation

Participate in trade shows, exhibitions, and industry events

to promote products

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Electrical / Mechanical Engineering or equivalent

MBA in Marketing (preferred for Assistant Manager role)

Proven experience in

sales of industrial products

, especially electric motors, gearboxes, or automation systems Familiarity with

OEM sales cycles

, industrial procurement, and B2B marketing

Skills & Competencies

Strong technical understanding of

AC motor specifications and applications

Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills

Proficiency in CRM tools and MS Office

Ability to work independently and manage regional sales targets
