What we are looking for:
Essential:
Develop the software function for Entry, Drive and Access authorization functions
Implement the Software through suitable Model-based and/or Hand code ways
Integrate the software on both Real and Virtual targets
Implement automated tests on Unit and Integrated software level
Trace and Debug the software function in the Test environment and on the Embedded target
Visualize the requirement in Classic Autosar Full stack (Base and Application layers)
Not only working in Agile way, but living Agile principles
Good communication skills and ability to work in & contribute as a good team player
Mentor team members and create a positive influence in the team
Spread your knowledge and experience in the team, Product ownership and Leadership at the core
Going Beyond:
Contribute towards building the Architecture for the software functions
Contribute towards enhancing the System level requirements through Product based thinking
Passion for state-of-the art software engg practices such as CI/CD, TDD, Everything-as-Code, DevOps
Readiness to accept challenges and push the boundaries. Challenging status quo Quality, Efficiency
Experience in the automotive field and exposure of multi-cultural environment is an advantage
Mindset of Innovation and Collaboration proven through Paper publications, Patents etc...
Basic knowledge on German language preferably

Qualifikationen
What are your Qualifications:
Bachelors/Masters Degree in Control engineering, Computer science, Information systems, Electronics and Communication or relevant skills acquired in previous occupation
What are your Skillsets (non-exhaustive):
Essential:
Requirements - PREEVISION, DOORS NG, FOSS based etc..
Architecture - AUTOSAR
Development - V-cycle based, Matlab Simulink, Stateflow, Embedded C, C++, Targetlink
Development diversity - Python, Rust
Test - TPT, MXAM, Embedded C/C++ Testing, Static Code Analysis
Dev and Test - CANOe, CANApe
Quality, Func Safety - ASPICE and FUSI
Environment - Git, Jira, Confluence
Desired:
Public key protocols, hardware-based key storage, and radio standards. Security Certification
Experience in Digital Key development, Key Sharing Concepts and Cloud interaction in the backend
AUTOSAR Base layer and related Vector tools knowledge
BLE, UWB, HF, LF and its Drives, uC communication with BLE/UWB devices and HW topologies
