Should add new customers from power & process industry.


Capability to negotiate with customer on technical as well as commercial aspects.


To meet order booking target, ready to visit customers in both outstation & local.


To be firm in forecasting the numbers and regular update to customer on delivery period.


Ready to accept additional responsibility and share knowledge/thought within the team members.


Be on time to attend the meeting with customer as well as internal.


Timely submission of reports, payment collection and no surprise to be given to the reporting manager.


Ready to provide product presentation in front of customer.


Integrity, punctuality and professional dress code to be maintain within organization.
