Job Overview:

We are seeking a highly skilled

Senior Engineer - Amenities Finishing

to oversee and manage the finishing works for various amenities in our real estate projects. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in

high-end finishing

of clubhouses, swimming pools, gyms, landscaped areas, and other common amenities, ensuring quality execution as per project specifications and timelines.

Key Responsibilities:1. Execution & Site Management:

Oversee and coordinate

finishing works

for amenities, including flooring, false ceilings, wall finishes, MEP works, and fixtures installation. Ensure

quality control

and adherence to approved designs, materials, and workmanship. Monitor and supervise

contractors, vendors, and laborers

to ensure timely completion of tasks. Manage

snagging and de-snagging

processes for flawless finishing.

2. Project Planning & Coordination:

Plan and schedule finishing activities in line with project timelines and budgets. Coordinate with

architects, consultants, MEP teams, and civil engineers

for seamless execution. Work closely with the procurement team to

source finishing materials

and ensure timely deliveries.

3. Quality & Compliance:

Conduct

regular quality checks

to maintain high finishing standards. Ensure

compliance with safety regulations, building codes, and company policies

. Address and resolve

site challenges, design discrepancies, and technical issues

.

4. Documentation & Reporting:

Maintain

daily progress reports, material consumption records, and quality checklists

. Assist in preparing

project status reports

for senior management. Review and approve contractor bills related to finishing works.
Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ?40,000.00 - ?55,000.00 per month
