We are seeking a

highly experienced Senior Engineer

for on-site work in

3D scanning and CMM inspection

. The ideal candidate will lead and execute precision inspection projects using advanced metrology tools and software. This role demands a skilled professional with hands-on experience in using

portable arms, laser trackers, 3D scanners

, and

PolyWorks software

.

Key Responsibilities:

Perform

3D scanning and dimensional inspections

using portable CMM arms, laser trackers, and 3D scanners. Utilize

PolyWorks

software for data processing, analysis, and reporting. Interpret complex 2D/3D CAD models and engineering drawings (GD&T knowledge required). Lead or supervise inspection teams during large-scale metrology projects.

Create detailed project plans with team members, understand customer requirements, and deliver quality data on time.

Collaborate with clients and internal teams to ensure project objectives and quality standards are met.

Requirements:

Minimum

3 years of hands-on experience

in 3D scanning and dimensional inspection. Strong experience using:

Portable measuring arms

Laser trackers

3D scanners

Proficiency in

PolyWorks

is a must. Solid understanding of

GD&T

and mechanical inspection processes. Ability to manage inspection teams or work independently with minimal supervision. Strong communication skills and client-facing professionalism. Willingness to travel for on-site projects as needed.

Preferred:

Background in aerospace, automotive, manufacturing, or similar industries. Experience with additional software or any similar inspection software is a plus.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
