Qualification:

M.Sc. in Clinical Embryology M.Sc. in Life Science

Experience Requirements:

Minimum 5 years of experience in embryology

Technical Proficiency:

Andrology:

Semen analysis Semen preparation (Swim-up & Density Gradient) for IUI Sperm freezing and thawing DNA Fragmentation Index (DFI) testing

Embryology:

Dish and media preparation Oocyte screening and denudation Embryo transfer Support for IVF/ICSI procedures

Lab Management:

Skilled in handling all laboratory equipment Knowledge of SOPs, lab cleaning protocols, QA/QC practices Daily maintenance of lab and equipment Swab testing and ensuring hygiene standards

Administrative Work:

Maintaining inward and outward registers Accurate data entry for andrology and embryology procedures Maintenance of relevant registers Experience using ART software applications

Roles and Responsibilities:

ICSI procedures (mandatory)

Oversee and manage all embryology lab operations Lead and supervise laboratory staff Maintain lab efficiency, compliance, and hygiene
