Technical Skills:

In Vitro Fertilization (IVF) and Intracytoplasmic Sperm Injection (ICSI)

Embryo culture, grading, and transfer

Cryopreservation and vitrification techniques

Oocyte retrieval and sperm preparation

Preimplantation Genetic Testing (PGT) and embryo biopsy

Advanced microscopy and laboratory equipment maintenance

Laboratory data management and compliance with regulatory standards

Professional Skills:

Strong analytical and critical thinking abilities

Excellent organizational and time-management skills

Leadership and mentorship of junior staff

Effective communication and interpersonal skills for multidisciplinary teamwork
