We are looking for an experienced and highly capable Senior Embedded Systems Engineer to lead architecture and development of embedded hardware and firmware for cutting-edge sensor-based products.
The ideal candidate has deep experience with low-power RF, CMOS image sensors, and real-time embedded systems.
Prior work in medical imaging, such as endoscopes or similar, is a significant advantage. Key Responsibilities.
Design and develop embedded firmware (bare-metal and/or RTOS-based).
Lead board bring-up, debugging, and performance tuning of custom hardware.
Integrate and optimize CMOS image sensors, including MIPI, ISP calibration, and lowlight tuning.
Develop and validate low-power RF hardware, including BLE, 2.4GHz, and sub-GHz radios.
Own system-level firmware lifecycles: OTA updates, diagnostics, power modes, and sensor drivers.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams: electrical, software, optical, mechanical, and manufacturing.
Guide junior engineers and contractors via code/design reviews and mentoring. Required Qualifications
Bachelor's or Master's in Electrical Engineering, Computer Engineering, or related field.
8+ years of hands-on experience with embedded systems and hardware design.
Strong background in:
- ARM Cortex-M or equivalent microcontrollers
- RF system design and wireless debugging (BLE, proprietary)
- Embedded C/C++ development with real-time debugging
Hands-on with oscilloscopes, logic analyzers, spectrum analyzers and power profiling tools.
Comfortable with I2C, SPI, UART, USB, GPIOs, and PMIC integration.
Preferred/Bonus Qualification

Medical imaging experience (e.g., endoscopy systems, imaging catheters, ophthalmoscopes, laryngoscopes, otoscopes etc).
Familiar with image processing pipelines, ISP configurations, and real-world tuning.
Experience with wireless stack implementation or driver development.
Low-power system optimization (sleep modes, DC/DC converters, battery management).
Familiarity with ECAD tools (Altium, KiCad, or similar).
