Role and Responsibility

Schematic design and PCB layout, including RF communication and 4-layer PCB designs

PCB bring-up, debugging, and functional validation

BOM verification, component selection, and alternate part evaluation

Designing and implementing QA processes for manufacturing and production readiness

Development of test jigs and fixtures for production testing and validation

Candidate Skill Set

Strong expertise in Analog & Digital circuit design

Power supply design. (Buck / boost / LDO regulators/ AC-DC Converters)

MCU-based hardware design (ARM Cortex-M preferred)

High-speed & mixed-signal PCB design fundamentals

Design for industrial environments (Unstable Voltage, ESD, Surge, EMI)

Experience of Antenna Design & simulations will be an added advantage

Qualification

A team player with excellent analytical, problem-solving skills, with strong ability to quickly learn.

Passion for developing products with new technologies.

Bachelor's/ master's degree in electronics related discipline or equivalent experience

Experience of 2-5 years
