Role Overview:

As a

Senior Email Marketing Specialist

, you will be responsible for designing, executing, and optimizing advanced email marketing campaigns. You will manage automation workflows, audience segmentation, A/B testing, and campaign analytics. This senior role requires strategic thinking, leadership, and the ability to collaborate across teams to deliver measurable results.

Key Responsibilities:

Develop and lead end-to-end email marketing strategies aligned with business goals. Manage advanced segmentation, personalization, and automation workflows. Collaborate with design and content teams to create compelling templates and campaigns. Conduct A/B testing on subject lines, creatives, and send times to maximize engagement. Monitor, analyze, and report on key metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions, ROI). Maintain and grow high-quality email subscriber lists. Ensure compliance with email regulations (CAN-SPAM, GDPR, etc.). Mentor junior team members and bring innovation to email campaigns.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

4-8 years of proven experience in email marketing. Proficiency in tools like Mailchimp, ActiveCampaign, HubSpot, Sendinblue, or similar. Strong copywriting and communication skills. Deep knowledge of automation workflows, drip campaigns, and lead nurturing. Strong analytical skills with expertise in Google Analytics, UTM tracking, and reporting. Familiarity with HTML/CSS for email formatting (preferred). Experience in B2B and B2C email campaigns.

Nice to Have:

Experience with CRM platforms (HubSpot, Zoho, Salesforce). Knowledge of deliverability best practices and advanced segmentation. Certifications in Email Marketing, HubSpot, or related fields.
