About the Role

We are seeking a creative and detail-oriented

Email Marketing Executive

to plan, execute, and optimize our email campaigns. The ideal candidate will have strong knowledge of email marketing tools, list segmentation, automation, and analytics to deliver high-converting campaigns that engage our audience and drive sales.

Key Responsibilities

Plan, design, and execute targeted

email marketing campaigns

. Write engaging subject lines, CTAs, and email content. Segment audiences for personalized campaigns. Set up

automation workflows

(drip campaigns, lead nurturing). Monitor performance metrics (open rate, CTR, conversions). Conduct

A/B testing

to optimize emails. Ensure compliance with email regulations (GDPR, CAN-SPAM, etc.). Collaborate with design and marketing teams for creatives. Generate reports and provide insights to improve campaigns.

Required Skills & Tools Knowledge

Hands-on experience with

Mailchimp, HubSpot, Zoho Campaigns, Sendinblue (Brevo), or ActiveCampaign

. Strong

content writing

and copywriting skills. Understanding of

audience segmentation & targeting

. Knowledge of

automation tools & workflows

. Analytical skills to track and improve campaign performance. Basic knowledge of

HTML/CSS

(preferred). Creativity, attention to detail, and good communication skills.
