We are looking for an experienced

Senior Electronics Engineer - Flight Controller

to lead the design, development, and integration of advanced electronics for UAV flight control systems. The role requires strong expertise in embedded electronics, sensor integration, and hardware reliability for mission-critical UAV platforms in defense and industrial applications.

Roles and Responsibilities:

Lead the design and development of electronic hardware for UAV flight controllers. Architect and implement redundant, fault-tolerant flight control systems formission-critical applications. Design and validate sensor integration (IMUs, barometers, GPS, magnetometers,airspeed sensors). Develop power distribution and management systems optimized for UAVavionics. Work on high-speed interfaces and communication protocols (CAN, SPI, I2C,UART, Ethernet, RS-485). Ensure compliance with safety, EMI/EMC, and defense-grade standards(MIL-STD/DO-160). Collaborate with firmware, mechanical, and systems engineering teams for full-stackintegration. Conduct lab validation, HIL testing, and flight trials for performance verification. Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers. Prepare design documentation, schematics, test reports, and support certificationprocesses.

Desired Skills:

Strong knowledge of embedded electronics, microcontrollers, and SoCs (ARM,STM32, TI, NXP, etc.). Expertise in sensor fusion hardware integration (IMU, GNSS, magnetometer,barometer). Proficiency in PCB design tools (Altium, OrCAD, KiCAD). Experience with redundant avionics and fail-safe architectures. Hands-on knowledge of real-time hardware debugging tools (oscilloscopes, logicanalyzers, protocol analyzers). Familiarity with control system electronics for UAV stability and navigation. Knowledge of aerospace/defense environmental standards (MIL-STD-810,DO-160). Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and leadership skills.

Qualification :

Bachelor's / Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Avionics, Embedded Systems, or related field.

Experience :

5-10 years of experience in electronics hardware design, with at least 3+ years in UAV/avionics systems.

Prior experience :

flight controller or avionics system development (UAVs, aerospace, or defense) is highly preferred.
