Key Responsibilities
Design & Development
Lead the design and development of electronic circuits, systems, and hardware components.
Oversee schematic design, PCB layout, prototyping, and testing.
Ensure compliance with industry standards, safety regulations, and quality benchmarks.
Project Management
Manage end-to-end electronic engineering projects, from concept to production.
Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, manufacturing).
Prepare technical documentation, specifications, and reports.
Testing & Validation
Conduct performance testing, troubleshooting, and root cause analysis.
Implement design improvements to enhance reliability and efficiency.
Innovation & Research
Stay updated with emerging technologies in electronics, IoT, embedded systems, and power electronics.
Drive innovation by proposing new solutions and product enhancements.
Mentorship & Leadership
Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians.
Provide technical leadership and ensure best practices in design and development.
Vendor & Client Coordination
Liaise with suppliers for component selection and procurement.
Communicate with clients to understand requirements and provide technical support.
Qualifications & Skills
Bachelor's/Master's degree in Electronics Engineering, Electrical Engineering, or related field.
6-10 years of experience in electronic design and development.
Strong expertise in circuit design, PCB layout tools (Altium, Eagle, KiCad), and simulation software.
Knowledge of embedded systems, microcontrollers, FPGA, and power electronics.
Proficiency in testing equipment (oscilloscopes, multimeters, signal analyzers).
Familiarity with industry standards (IEC, IEEE, ISO).
Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and project management skills.
Strong communication and leadership abilities.
