Job Summary:

We are hiring a skilled and experienced

Senior Electrician

for our Foundry Division. The role involves executing and supervising electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair of furnaces, power systems, and electrical equipment to ensure smooth plant operations.

Key Responsibilities:

Carry out electrical maintenance, troubleshooting, and repair work in the foundry. Operate and maintain

Induction/Arc Furnaces, DG sets, HT/LT panels, transformers, and substations

. Perform preventive, predictive, and corrective maintenance to minimize breakdowns. Assist in the installation, commissioning, and modification of electrical systems and equipment. Troubleshoot and repair

motors, drives, PLC panels, and automation systems

. Monitor power supply, load distribution, and report abnormalities. Maintain shift-wise logs and breakdown records. Ensure

electrical safety standards and statutory compliance

are followed. Guide and support junior electricians and apprentices.

Key Skills & Competencies:

Strong knowledge of

furnace electrical systems and foundry equipment

. Hands-on experience with

motors, drives, PLC/SCADA, and control panels

. Ability to handle

HT/LT panels, transformers, and substation equipment

. Good troubleshooting and problem-solving ability. Knowledge of

safety standards and electrical codes

.

Qualifications:

ITI / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. 5 - 10 years of experience in foundry/steel/heavy manufacturing industry.

Pay: ₹25,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month
