Job Summary:

We are looking for a skilled and motivated Electrical Technician to join our solar energy team. The candidate will be responsible for the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar power systems, ensuring efficient energy output and safety standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Install, test, and commission solar panels, inverters, wiring, and other electrical components.

Perform regular maintenance checks on solar installations.

Troubleshoot and repair electrical issues in solar systems.

Ensure compliance with local electrical codes and safety standards.

Assist in planning and layout of electrical wiring and connections for solar projects.

Read and interpret technical diagrams, schematics, and manuals.

Document all work performed and report issues to the project manager or supervisor.

Collaborate with engineers and other team members on project implementation.

Requirements:

ITI/Diploma in Electrical or relevant field.

Minimum 1 year of experience in electrical work (solar experience is an advantage).

Knowledge of solar PV systems, inverters, and related components.

Ability to read electrical schematics and wiring diagrams.

Willingness to travel to installation sites.

Good physical fitness and ability to work at heights.

Basic knowledge of safety protocols and standards.

Preferred Qualifications:

Certification in Solar Installation (if any).

Experience in rooftop and ground-mounted solar systems.

Familiarity with solar monitoring systems.

Job Types: Full-time, Part-time

Pay: ₹11,078.54 - ₹30,000.00 per month
