Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Supervise and manage the installation, testing, and commissioning of all electrical systems (wiring, lighting, power distribution, panels, etc.) on-site.? Ensure compliance with approved drawings, technical standards, safety protocols, and local electrical codes.? Conduct regular site inspections, quality checks, and troubleshooting; address any deficiencies promptly.? Coordinate with project managers, architects, civil, and mechanical teams to ensure integrated project delivery.? Prepare and review technical documentation, drawings, and specifications as required.? Manage procurement by raising material requests and ensuring timely delivery aligned with project schedules.? Participate in inspections (materials, work, testing, and commissioning) and maintain accurate records.? Mentor and supervise electricians and junior engineers, promoting best practices in site safety and quality.?

Qualifications:

Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering or a related field.? 3+ years of hands-on experience in residential/commercial construction engineering (site role preferred).? In-depth knowledge of electrical standards, codes, and industry best practices. Proficient in reading and interpreting technical drawings; experience with AutoCAD or similar software.? Excellent communication, coordination, and problem-solving skills.? Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently under project timelines.?
