Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Plan, supervise, and monitor the erection, installation, and commissioning of EHV substation equipment (220kV/132kV/33kV). Perform testing and troubleshooting of electrical systems, protection relays, transformers, switchgear, and associated equipment. Ensure compliance with electrical safety standards, quality guidelines, and project specifications. Coordinate closely with clients, contractors, vendors, and internal teams to ensure smooth execution of project activities. Prepare and maintain technical reports, project documentation, and progress updates. Identify and resolve technical issues during site execution. Supervise site teams and ensure timely completion of project milestones.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

Bachelor's Degree / Diploma in Electrical Engineering. Minimum 5-10+ years of experience in EHV substation projects. Strong knowledge of erection, testing, and commissioning of substation equipment. Excellent communication and coordination skills. Ability to lead site teams and manage contractors. Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?35,000.00 per month
