Position Overview:

We are looking for an experienced and motivated

Senior Electrical Engineer

to oversee and manage the design, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of electrical systems for our industrial projects. The ideal candidate will have strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and hands-on experience in electrical systems, control panels, and automation.

Key Responsibilities:

Design, plan, and execute electrical systems and control panel layouts for projects. Review and approve electrical drawings, schematics, and circuit diagrams. Supervise installation, commissioning, and maintenance of electrical equipment. Troubleshoot electrical issues and provide technical solutions promptly. Ensure compliance with

electrical safety standards, codes, and regulations

. Coordinate with cross-functional teams (Mechanical, Automation, Production, etc.) for system integration. Guide and mentor junior engineers and technicians. Prepare

BOQ (Bill of Quantities)

, cost estimates, and project documentation. Conduct regular inspections and preventive maintenance activities. Liaise with vendors and clients to ensure technical requirements are met. Support in energy audits and recommend efficiency improvements.

Skills & Qualifications:

B.E. / B.Tech / Diploma

in

Electrical or Electrical & Electronics Engineering

. Minimum 3

-8 years

of experience in electrical project execution, maintenance, or automation. Strong knowledge of

industrial electrical systems

control panels

, and

PLC interfaces

. Hands-on experience with

cable sizing, switchgear, motor controls, drives (VFD/Soft starters)

. Strong leadership, team management, and decision-making skills. Excellent problem-solving and communication abilities. Willingness to travel to client sites when required.
