Job Description

Qualification:

Diploma / B.Tech / Degree in Electrical Engineering Minimum 5 years of experience in Electrical Design

Experience:

Strong hands-on experience in AutoCAD and Revit MEP (Electrical) Experience in electrical system design for residential, commercial, and industrial projects

Job Responsibilities:

Prepare and develop electrical design drawings using Revit (MEP) in line with project and client standards. Design and detail: Lighting layouts Power layouts Earthing and lightning protection layouts Cable tray and busbar routing layouts In-slab and surface containment layouts Electrical room layouts and panel layouts Single Line Diagrams (SLD) Prepare and review electrical calculations and schedules, including: Load schedules Cable schedules Voltage drop calculations Independently handle electrical design projects and ensure timely delivery. Participate in project kick-off meetings and coordinate with clients for technical clarifications. Coordinate with architectural and other MEP disciplines for effective routing and clash-free designs. Understand complete MEP systems and coordinate with mechanical services for power requirements. Guide and support junior engineers in Revit-based electrical design work. Adapt and work on newer design tools and software as required.

Strong knowledge of electrical system design, standards, and calculations Experience in overseas projects (especially US projects) is a plus Proficiency in MS Office Good written and verbal communication skills in English Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects
