Job Description

1. Electrical/ELV/BMS Design & Engineering - Prepare detailed designs and engineering documentation for Electrical, ELV (CCTV, Fire Alarm, Access Control, Data/Voice), and BMS/EMS systems.

2. Estimation & Costing - Prepare estimation and costing for Electrical and ELV projects based on tender documents, BOQs, and design specifications."

3. Drawing Preparation & Review - Prepare and review GA, SLDs, wiring diagrams, ceiling plans (RCP), socket layouts, looping/power circuit drawings, and as-built drawings.

4. Load Calculations - Conduct electrical load calculations and sizing electrical equipment such as transformers and DG sets.

5. Power Distribution Design - Design lighting and power systems, ensuring efficiency and compliance with project specifications.

6. Material Indenting - Prepare material indents and BOQs for Electrical and ELV systems, ensuring alignment with approved drawings.

7. Coordination with Procurement & Site - Provide technical support to the procurement and site execution teams.

8. Vendor & Client Coordination - Attend inspections at vendor sites and participate in client/consultant technical or kick-off meetings.

9. Drawing Coordination - Coordinate Electrical/ELV/BMS drawings with other services like HVAC, Utility, Process, and Cleanroom layouts to prevent conflicts and ensure smooth execution

10. Documentation & Record Management - Maintain proper drawing/document control including numbering, templates, revision logs, and storage in designated folders.

11. Technical Support - Perform other detailing or design-related tasks as instructed by the project management or Head of Department.
