Job title: Senior Electrical Architect
Develops (parts and elements of) products, systems and/or solutions according to the V-model that serve user and business requirements amongst others by applying internal and external research results and technology advancements while taking care of the total system as well as inner workings of a design.

Your role:

  • Overall technical leadership and responsible for realization of full systems life cycle management to ensure quality and compliance.
  • Translation of user and business requirements into product requirements, high level product design, check and optimize integration and verification.
  • System decomposition and allocation of derived requirements down to HW/SW element and part level and related traceability.
  • Trade-off of product/system design specifications and interfaces, determine feasibility of potential solutions, and leading technical & design reviews focused on FPGA/ CPLD/ DSP.
  • Ensuring full Product Safety Risk Management in a regulation compliant manner.
  • Coaching and Supporting team members
  • Managing complexity of products or systems in multi-disciplinary setting.
  • Leads and influences others and drives design for quality and is closely involved in the programs.
  • Makes a fundamental contribution to the innovation of products or processes.

CT/AMI India Product Engineering group is responsible for CT/AMI products life cycle management.

You\'re the right fit if:
  • You have M.E/M.Tech in Electronics/ Electrical with
15 years\xe2\x80\x99 relevant experience, including
5 years in digital electronics domain. * Several years of hands-on experience in leading medical devices / products development / maintenance.
  • Excellent communication skills and handling of stakeholders
  • Strong technical background in R&D engineering disciplines (e.g. FPGA/ Microprocessor/ DSP, PCBA design, High voltage electronics).
  • Knowledge of SMPS/ power supply modules will be added advantage.
  • Good multidisciplinary (R&D) stakeholder/perception management skills
  • Working with Project teams & Cross functional stake holders to achieve business objectives.
  • Strong leadership competencies
  • Experience in mentoring team members
  • Hands own experience in circuit, schematic and PCB design
  • Hands own experience in Analog/digital/mixed signal circuits
  • Strong understanding of engineering design principles
  • Understanding of the HW development processes
  • Strong Analog/Digital Design fundamentals
  • Shall have good knowledge of EMI/EMC design practices.
  • Knowledge in Schematic entry tools such as Mentor graphics or equivalent
