Senior Educational Counselor - Apponix Technologies

Location: Rajajinagar, Bangalore (Work from office)

Employment Type: Full?time, 6 days a week

Experience: Minimum 4 years in counselling / education / sales (EdTech preferred)

Education: Any degree

Languages: English, Hindi, Kannada (must be fluent)

Interview: Face?to?Face only

Note: Female candidates only

Key Responsibilities

- Handle enquiries from walk?ins, emails and phone calls for all courses offered by the centre.

- Assess candidates' education, work history, personality, interests & skills to recommend the most suitable course.

- Present course details clearly and persuasively to prospective students.

- Follow up on leads, nurture them and convert enquiries into registrations.

- Manage the admission process: get admission forms filled, collect required documents, ensure smooth onboarding.

- Coordinate demo classes with trainers and ensure candidates attend.

What We're Looking For

- At least 4?years of relevant experience (EdTech/education counselling is a plus).

- Strong communication skills in English, Hindi & Kannada.

- Ability to work 6 days a week and be present in the office.

- Goal?oriented, sharp, and comfortable with face?to?face interaction.
