Position Title: Senior Educational Counsellor
Location: Pune, Maharashtra Key Responsibilities

Parents/Student Counselling & Admissions Conduct career counselling sessions for students and parents (online/offline). Clearly explain program structure, curriculum, certifications, placements, and career outcomes. Converting high-intent leads into successful admissions. Outreach & Relationship Management Build relationships with colleges, coaching centers, and education fairs for lead generation. Work closely with corporates for career-pathway alignment. Strategic Sales & Conversions Achieve monthly/annual admission targets. Collaborate with marketing to refine student acquisition funnels. Mentoring & Team Contribution Provide feedback to curriculum & placement teams based on student queries.
Required Qualifications

MBA (Marketing / HR / Education Management / Sales preferred). 5-10 years proven experience in student counselling/admissions at: EdTech firms (UpGrade, Great Learning, BYJUs, Simplilearn, etc.) Private universities (Amity, NMIMS, LPU, Symbiosis, etc.) Strong communication in English + Hindi & Regional language Consultative, empathetic, and target-driven mindset.
Expected Skills

Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills. Ability to counsel parents as key decision-makers.

Pay: ₹1,000,000.00 - ₹1,200,000.00 per year
