As an Academic Counsellor, you will play a crucial role in guiding students, driving admissions, and supporting their educational growth. This is a sales-driven, full-time on-site role based in Rohini.
Key Responsibilities
Connect with prospective students through inbound leads (calls & emails).
Convert leads via outbound calls and explain our services.
Understand student needs and provide career/education guidance.
Deliver effective online demos showcasing our solutions.
Manage CRM/database to track and nurture leads.
Achieve and exceed monthly sales targets.
Report weekly progress and goals to the Manager.
Required Qualifications
MBA (Marketing / HR / Education Management / Sales preferred).
2-5 years proven experience in student counselling/admissions at:
EdTech firms (UpGrade, Great Learning, BYJUs, Simplilearn, etc.)
Private universities (Amity, NMIMS, LPU, Symbiosis, etc.)
Strong communication in English + Hindi & Regional language
Consultative, empathetic, and target-driven mindset.
Expected Skills
Excellent communication, presentation & persuasion skills.
Ability to counsel parents as key decision-makers.
