Job Title: Senior Education Counselor (Overseas Education)

Salary Range: ?30,000 - ?35,000 per month

Location: [Jaipur]

About the Role:

We are seeking motivated and student-focused individuals to join our team as Student Abroad Counselor in a growing Ed-Tech organization. You will play a critical role in supporting students through their learning journey, ensuring academic success, engagement, and continuous improvement.

Key Responsibilities:

Guide and mentor students through online learning modules, assessments, and projects Monitor student progress, provide timely feedback, and ensure course completion Conduct one-on-one or group sessions to resolve academic doubts or challenges Communicate regularly with students via calls, chats, or video sessions Motivate students and build rapport to maintain retention and engagement Collaborate with content teams to report academic challenges and suggest improvements Maintain records of student interactions, progress reports, and feedback Escalate any serious student issues to the support or academic escalation team Coordinate With University Representatives , Internal teams, and embassy/ Visa offices when needed. Stay Updated with current trends in international education and maintain relationships with partner universities.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree (B.Ed., B.A., B.Sc., or equivalent preferred) 1-2 years of experience in teaching, mentoring, or academic coaching Strong communication skills in English (and regional language if needed) Comfortable with online platforms, tools like Zoom, Google Meet, and CRM Passionate about education and helping students succeed Patience, empathy, and a student-first approach

Nice to Have:

Experience in an ed-tech or e-learning environment Knowledge of Abroad Counselling
