Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls to new prospects and follow up with existing leads
Deliver online demos, trial classes, and counselling interactions
Convert leads into enrollments through effective persuasion and product knowledge
Manage the sales pipeline using CRM tools (Salesforce, LeadSquared, NoPaperForms)
Utilize data-driven sales methods to achieve monthly and quarterly targets
Build rapport with candidates and provide an excellent counselling experience
Maintain high standards of sales hygiene, documentation, and process alignment
Requirements
3-7 years of proven experience in
B2C EdTech sales
Strong knowledge of
Dialer Operations
and
CRM Management
Excellent communication, listening, and convincing skills
Experience working in startups preferred
Strong goal orientation, resilience, and ownership mindset
Ability to work independently in a remote environment
Local language fluency (mandatory)
