Job Summary -
We are hiring a skilled and motivated Senior Education Counsellor who will guide students and working professionals toward suitable training programs and career paths. The ideal candidate will be experienced in student counselling, capable of handling leads efficiently, and passionate about helping others grow.
Key Responsibilities -
Counsel walk-in and online leads on training courses and career options.
Convert leads into admissions through follow-ups via phone, WhatsApp, and email.
Understand student goals and recommend relevant programs for upskilling.
Track and maintain records of counselling sessions, admissions, and feedback.
Work closely with the training and placement team to support students post-enrolment.
Requirements -
Bachelor's degree (preferred in Education, Psychology, Management, or related field).
0.6 - 3 years of experience in education counselling or admissions (training or EdTech preferred).
Excellent communication, presentation, and people skills.
Strong sales mindset and ability to meet targets.
Comfortable with MS Office, Google Workspace, and CRM software.
