Core Responsibilities
Student Counseling:
Conduct one-on-one sessions to help students identify career goals and select suitable courses, universities, or study abroad destinations.
Admissions Management:
Oversee the end-to-end application process, including documentation, SOP (Statement of Purpose) reviews, and visa guidance.
Sales & Conversions:
Actively manage leads from CRM systems to meet monthly and quarterly enrollment targets.
Team Leadership:
Mentor and train junior counselors on counseling techniques, product knowledge, and conversion strategies.
Market Research:
Stay updated on global education trends, university rankings, scholarship opportunities, and changing immigration/visa policies.
Outreach & Events:
Organize and lead webinars, workshops, and educational fairs to represent the brand and attract prospective students.
What We Are Looking For
Background & Education
You should have
3 to 5 years of experience
in educational counseling or the overseas education industry. We prefer candidates with a
Bachelor's or Master's degree
, particularly in fields like Education, Psychology, or Marketing.
Technical & Communication Skills
Since this is a senior role, you should be tech-savvy and comfortable using
CRM software
(such as Salesforce or Zoho) and MS Office to manage student data. Most importantly, you must have
