Location: Remote
Shift: 10 AM - 7 PM
Salary: Up to 8 LPA + Variables

Experience: Min 2 Years (EdTech B2C Sales)
Role Overview- Drive student enrollment by connecting with leads, delivering impactful counselling, and managing the complete sales funnel using CRM tools.
Key Responsibilities
Conduct outbound calls & follow-ups to convert leads
Engage via calls, demos, emails & chats
Achieve sales targets through high-quality counselling
Manage CRM tools (Salesforce / LeadSquared / NPF)
Handle full funnel--from lead gen to conversion
Requirements
2-7 years B2C Sales (EdTech preferred)
Strong CRM & Dialer knowledge
Excellent communication & persuasion skills
High ownership, process-driven, target-oriented
Startup exposure preferred
