Career Path is seeking a

dynamic and experienced Female Education Counsellor

to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have

at least 3 years of experience in counselling students for UG/PG admissions

across Indian private universities and colleges

Key Responsibilities:

Counsel students and parents regarding career options and help them choose the right UG or PG program. Handle walk-ins, telephonic, and online inquiries. Manage end-to-end admission process - from inquiry to enrollment. Coordinate with college admission teams and ensure timely application submission. Maintain student records and regularly follow up with leads. Guide students through documentation and admission formalities. Build strong rapport and trust with students and their families. Support lead generation efforts and conversion goals.

Candidate Requirements:

Minimum 3 years of experience

in an education consultancy firm (mandatory). Strong knowledge of Indian universities, courses, and admission procedures. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Should be target-oriented and able to work under pressure. Confident, presentable, and empathetic with students. Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, email, etc.) Female candidates only.

Timings:

Mon to Sat, 10 AM to 6 PM]
