Requirements
What You'll Do
This role involves experienced guidance for admissions, handling high-level counselling conversations, and driving conversions through sales via calling.
Make outbound & inbound calls to counsel students with advanced academic needs or complex cases
Provide expert guidance on colleges, entrance exams, eligibility, fees, and academic pathways
Evaluate student backgrounds to recommend the most suitable academic options
Build strong relationships with students and parents using clarity and authority
Handle escalated or high-priority counselling inquiries
Drive consistent follow-ups to convert high-quality leads into confirmed admissions
Maintain detailed CRM records, case notes, and follow-up structures
Support junior counsellors with best practices, training, and mentorship
Collaborate with operations & admissions teams to ensure smooth onboarding
Who We're Looking For
Exceptional communication skills (Hindi + English)
Experience in counselling, education sales, or academic advisory roles
Ability to guide complex student requirements with clarity and confidence
Strong persuasion skills with an ethical, student-first approach
Target-driven, disciplined, and capable of handling high volumes of conversations
Leadership qualities and willingness to mentor juniors
Strong calling + follow-up discipline
