EXO Edge is looking for a Senior eDiscovery Application Analyst specializing in Relativity and SQL to join our eDiscovery Team based in Mohali. You will provide first-line troubleshooting on Relativity-related issues to our clients across the globe.
In your journey at EXO Edge, you will be:
Primarily focused on:

• Data manipulation, processing, loading data to client review and ESI Analyst for review, troubleshooting client workflows, and assisting with production activities using elevated permissions and direct database action
• Collaborate with US-shore resources to create, document, and execute custom or back-end eDiscovery workflows with client products and third-party products

• Analyze, manipulate, or massage data to execute custom ingestion and processing requests to Client Review and ESI Analyst using Discovery Portal, Data Wrangler, LAW, and Cloud Explore.

• Process and load PST, Office, and other electronic files
• Process and load UFDR, chat, Slack, and Teams data
• Use third-party software to provide other processing solutions, such as transcriptions

• Provide special file handling, storage management, and other operational support
• Invoice activities whenever possible
• Contribute to client-facing reporting

• Create custom database queries
• Update records in mass actions using SQL
• Create and execute custom scripts
• Provide ad-hoc reporting; contribute to planned reporting improvements
• Optimize queries
• Optimize database performance to enhance user experience

• Minimum 2 years of experience working in EDD environment for a global organization
• Degree in technology, preferably related to software

• eDiscovery certifications, and/or the ability to attain multiple client certifications within six months of joining.
• SQL or other database experience is a must, including but not limited to building queries, transact statements, creating scripts
