Job Description

We are hiring a

Senior E-commerce Operations Manager

.
This is

not a generic operations or warehouse role

.
We are specifically looking for someone with

hands-on experience in e-commerce / D2C operations

Key Responsibilities:

End-to-end

order processing & order manifestation

Daily

dispatch planning and shipment execution

Coordination with

logistics & courier partners

Handling

RTO, NDR, POD & reconciliation reports

Matching courier bills with commercials Cost optimisation and logistics efficiency Coordination with factory, warehouse & finance teams

Requirements:

3-5 years of experience in

e-commerce / D2C operations

Brand side e-commerce experience preferred Strong knowledge of

logistics, reconciliation & Excel

Comfortable in a

fast-paced, high-volume environment

Self-driven, calm under pressure, ownership mindset Experience with

EasyEcom

is a plus

Pay: ?30,000.00 - ?50,000.00 per month
